Splendor is one of my favorite horses of all time. I had the opportunity to lease Splendor for riding from her former owner Daina Brumfield (now Ryckman) during my college years at Chico State University. I never forgot this mare and luckily I was able to lease her again, this time for breeding, in '98 from her then owner, Kristin McCullough. The resulting foal, Remarkable, was born in '99.

A good mover with a super canter Splendor is the type of mare that can easily do ring work and then head out on the trail. She is obedient, sensible, and a real pleasure to ride.
